Please add suggestions for things for me to read/review here. I’ll try and tidy up every now and then.
Particularly well received would be suggestions for a good survey of JIT compilers and the last decade’s worth of CPU architecture developments (although since I read a few of the DEC Alpha papers, I’m familiar with a lot of them ;) ).
